Even though almost everybody living and working at the site is very friendly and kind, there appears to be a very strong sense of ownership. The photographs above are only a small sample of the signs and structures I encountered walking in the area. The insufficient working and parking spaces compared to the heavy traffic at peak times create a sense of territoriality between the people in the area. This creates tensions and people tend to become more private and protect what belongs to them. A considerate and successful modification of the current road network, circulation and parking areas can reduce or minimise these tensions and allow the community to grow.
